yeah im a softer ski fan too... im pretty sure i'd love them for bc booters and pow and even park because i like fatter skis for park, i just wanted to know if they are gonna be floppin around when im goin fast on steeps. i'll definitely give the prophets a look at... does anyone know how stiff...

Mammoth is very sick, but I think Alpine's scene is very unique for the area. there are so many people riding there that are doing really progressive thing on Alpine's amazing setup. The vibe i get there is like nowhere else, even mammoth.

i'm 6'2 170ish. so i like bigger ski's for powder and bc. I've looked at the prophets and considered them, but i like the bacon's cuz they are so progressive and i think i'd enjoy them for bc booters and such, but i was just wondering if they could handle big mtn type terrain for an agressive skier.

salomon spk's or older foils i just picked up some brand new foils for dirt cheap and they are awesome.

too soft to drop cliffs? too soft to use for big mtn? cuz i know last years Elizabeth's were SUPER soft.

im pretty sure line discontinued the predrilled reactor holes for all the 07's

i'd say get 2cm behind. and yes it will be wide enough for you. granted it wont be like a lizzy or bacon but it'll hold its own.

yeah. and with the ritz carlton going up, its gonna be gape city. . N* has a good park but im not sure its worth it with the lines. Alpizzle is where its at!

i would say alpine would be a good choice. and they do have a sick park... nick's jump line is huge and immaculately manicured. but they have some good all mountain stuff. kirkwood would be another good place i would think. they arent a park oriented resort but they still have a pretty decent...

not to mention the graphic for the 07's is completely sick

it depends what you want to ski. if you want to hit up some sick parks, head to alpine meadows, northstar, or squaw valley(but squaw's expensive).. if you want to shred some pow and maybe drop a few cliffs, go to kirkwood, heavenly, sugar bowl, or squaw.. i dont know what you like to ski or what...
