I actually tend to not agree with the skis adn bindings one, buy the new shit every 2 years that way one year it is hot shit and they next they are decent. Also that way you wont be ridding on stuff too old and by paying each year for new setpup

the ptex chips off the top really easy and makes for some pretty beat up looking skis although I have found mine have only really scratched up on the sides.
