When I go on rails and boxes I have some difficulty spinning off or swapping up. I generally just grind through it with no spin. How do you pop while on a rail and is that the right way to swap up or spin off?

So I can throw 3s off small rollers and whatnot but tomorrow I'm going to try to throw one off my first like 10-20 foot jump. Any advice for throwing them on jumps versus rollers?

I'm 5'11 195lbs. I demod a pair of 178s that were mounted at -2 but felt like I wasnt doing too great in the thick powder. I'm probably going to mount them with FKS 140s. Do you guys think 184s would be better or should I just stick with 178s

I have an XL smith helmet and my beanie makes it so my head won't really fit in there. I need a warm beanie that is thin so my helmet will fit. I don't beef a balaclava though since I got a yowie. Anyone got thin beanie suggestions Or recommendations?
