Haven't has too much time on the P3's, but they definitely appear to be very solid. If they're anything like Scott's old skis, they're bombproof. I'm still using my old Scott Intoxica's for rails (I bought them used and have been skiing them heavily since 2003....)

the shuffle is definitely the way to go. always use it with tune ups, just use the in-line mute button when needed

Love my P3's Definitely a great do everything ski. I have mine mounted +2 and the feel very well balanced, although I would mount them at recommended if I planned to do more than 50% all mountain. Nose is softer than I expected, which is great for buttering, but still stiff enough to blast...
