dont back away from the bacons... i bought a pair last year as my deep stuff only ski, skiied em one day an on laps back from the backcountry, they were incredibly fun on hardpack. i liked to ski them more than my chronic wides tbh. just because they are big n soft doesnt mean thats a bad thing...
