Head bindings blow. Get STH 16's or 12's - Salomon bindings are the best, they are the lightest and they have the best warranty which is 5yrs.

Guns rip and so do the Foils. If you're in the east Foils will carve better on hard pack. Guns you give up on the carving a bit. In chop and pow, edge goes to the Guns, but the again, Foils are still pretty nice. If you're eastern, for versatility go with the Foils. The 181's a NICE! Graphics...

If you find the Kaos' too soft go to the Pro Models as they have a flex of 95. Which is equal to the Guns whick is dope yo.

Got my set up, set up today.... So happy. Can't wait to ride them. The 1st thing you notice with the new Salomon bindings is how light they are. Check them out next time you're in the shop. STH 12 and 16.

You can't be more wrong about Salomon... Salomon: invented medal edges on skis - that's pretty core to me! And not quite just a binding company. It's a company that invented twin tips (1080), invented freeskiing (xscream series), freestyle boots - 1080 and spk... and the list goes on. Salomon...

Common they are skis and your doing rails. Don't bitch about the gear... Jibbing is fun and you know your gear will eventually fall apart. Those skis are bombproof. I have a pair. If what you say is true and that the edge just fell apart as opposed to you trashing your skis cause of rails...

Hands down the best ski for next year is the 181 dumont. Fuck ya.

Thanks for the review. I also just tested skis recently! I fully aggree with you on the k2 front. The PE tries to be a bit of everything and really doesn't accomplish it at all. It's a fun ski but the graphics are becoming anoying. T-hall, great ski but I wasn't feel it as much all mountain...
