I’m 5’7” 140lbs and am a III+ skier, I’ll be touring occasionally, and will mostly hit up resorts like jay, Stowe, etc. What AT binding or Alpine binding with inserts would be best?? Also, do AT inserts work on FKS 140’s?

I will be mostly using the sf’s for deep snow days in the east in places such as Jay Peak, Stowe, etc. What bindings do you think would be good?
