    Fuck school

I went to school once. Then I graduated. I wish I was like my other friends who dropped out and have to work super hard just to pay rent. They never have to ski. Oh well, maybe one day...

    The cork

Actually, both can work pretty well. I usually grab trailing if I don't want to go super corked, and sometimes grab leading if I want to go more inverted. Just a little brain fart I have.

    The cork

Yep, sometimes it helps to grab. The easiest grab to cork with is safety because it puts your body in perfect position.

    The cork

Make sure you have a solid 3, 5, 7, etc. If you're doing a 5 or more, throw it like a normal spin. Have your feet about shoulder width apart and set your spin as you pop. The difference is, where normally you would look at the horizon, you now want to look back at the ground about 100 feet...

    Quick ski length

Techy stuff will be a little tougher, speed and going big will be easier. If you're a park rat you might not like it but if you go big and ride the whole mountain, you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for a ski, check the Moment Reno Jibs. I ride a 181 and they're lighter than many...

Lib tech narrow ass snowboards need help!?!?!?!?

They're a fun ski. Super light, hold a good edge. Not great switch but you can manage.

    2ways to do a rodeo 720

Yep, everyone is calling their tricks something different or making up some crazy name for a slight variation. What everyone calls a rodeo now is quite different from what people called a rodeo 5-6 years ago (Szocs, Auclair, Sprang, Cusson era). Just make 'em stylie and I don't care much what...

    Fernie park

The jumps section is sick, the rails are ok. Unfortunately, it is in the shade most of the time. They maintain it well though.

    Getting sponsored

Check out sponsorhouse.com, there are a lot of grass roots companies on there. Also, start with you local shop and see if they have a team. That will get you started and if you ride well, they might be able to put you in touch with bigger sponsors. That being said, don't expect to get a bunch...

    Rehabilitating my ankle

There are different grades of sprains, so it kind of depends on how bad you did it. First off, RICE for the first few days. Rest Ice Compression Elevation Look it up if you don't know what I'm talking about. After the first few days, most basic sprains will start to get better. However...

    Straight Spins?

What he said. (If you start throwing cork 3s then you'll want to look down.) Once you get them dialed though, you can look wherever you want because you're body will be used to automatically doing the correct rotation.

    Not into it.

I believe you mean "you're fat!" Otherwise you're just saying the fat is his.

    Help with rails

Try to keep feet about shoulder width apart, stay kind of low, and absorb the kinks. It also helps to have a little speed so you don't get hung up.

    Help with corks

It's more like throwing a misty, except you throw it behind you. Think of taking your right arm and as you throw your spin, throw it down toward your left heel. It will make you do a d-spin (go inverted) but that will get you started. The less you throw down, the less you will cork.
