Its all rider preferance, and its all rider image. So much of this sport is about image, look at super baggy pants, rags hangin out, skinny jeans, poles no poles, knitted hats, stickers on skis, to whole one piece thing, huge ass head phones... its all about an image that each person is striving...

ive done like 25 feet to flat but with forward mommentum its a little dif than landing straight down. I've also done 15 feet to conc. and it just stings a little bit if you land wrong.

gonna go with 80-90. It was way easy to over shoot the landing to. Speed was no issue and the jump was primed, id say ive hit 50-60 footers that were way harder to make. In the end, big is fun.

you can check the line website for lines history of twin tips, its on there somewhere. also research the new cainadian airforce in regaurds to skiing, mike douglas, jf cusson, jp auclaire and other guys that helped develop the 1080 with salomon. Also do a google search under newschool skiing...

the jump has a decent step down ut its like 25-35 feet long, the landing is steep but short, the wall is alright, fairly smooth and the step up is alright but the landing should be 3 times the length and should roll out steeper instead of flatining out like it does. not to sound to old school...

i will agree that the park has decent flow, but i am disapointed as ussualy with the size of the jumps. everything is so small. the left side of the second last hit in the top park is crazy short and the step up jump is small to. for the two "big" jumps at shine they are lacking. I know its all...

almost all camps are dry camps, thats why drugs are crazed, but yeah, show up and any company will prety much start you out 22-25 just to be there. dont do crack.
