has anyone ever used rustoleum paint when painting the poles ? i put my first coat on and after a day of drying i can scrape off the coat of paint with my finger nail, is that just how the first coat is until i get atleast another 2 coats on ? or did i used the wrong paint ? i think rustoleum...
