my first setup when i got back into skiing (hyperthyroid disease took me out for a few years) was a set of fischer airstyle nt's with c610 salomons. i dread even thinking about how poor this setup was.

they aren't EPP soft, but they do feel a tad softer than the first pair i owned, which had the opposite base color. i've flexed a pair of those super mega noodle ones and didn't think they'd be possible to even ski on, they felt like the tips might chatter so much they'd hit you in the knee haha

patg currently has dibs and they are indeed mounted on the center mounting spot, which i believe is -2cm from the actual dead center of the ski. those first two pics do almost look like one pic though haha.
