In the off season (if there ever is one on the East Coast... lol) i am an avid whitetwater kayaker, so helmets are basically mandatory in that sport if you want to live. I was just wondering if plastic ski helmets do very much if you hit a rock in the pow. For kayaking i wear a Sweat...
