and another dope park of skiing the bc is that it is all free...in utah the ost gnarley lines are out of bounds and you dont need a lift ticket...the needle,romans,superior and the list goes on all you need is a way to get up...
yo I am from pittsburgh (mt. lebo) and skied 7 springs and dident have very many experiences with riding big mountains until I moved out west. Now I ride 90% big mtn/ 10% park.... the whole mountain is a park out west...
they help a good amount if you are doing a longer tour but for just doing short trecks alpine boots work ok...I have been in a tecnica with a duke and although it was not the lightest set up I have been able to keep up with others who have full a/t setups...
the canyons has the most steep /good freeride terrain (although it cant tough the cottonwoods) pcmr has good terrain but on pow days it can be a bitch since jup chair is a doubble and is easliy delayed...skip dear valley
Rossignol FKS 155 in like new shape. The binding came off a race ski that I have never used and I am in need of a new boots. Would like to sell localy in slc/pc and would drop off. I will try to get pics up soon.
