IN order to connect I have to have my isp installed. When I try to install it it says error and that it couldn't detect an ethernet card. The same thing happened on my desktop, once I installed one it worked.

so generally you don't even have to open the laptop?

Wtf? I just bought a new laptop, I have it all set up and went to install the internet. Apparently I have no ethernet card in it... What a kick in the ass I thought all computers came standard with them now. Am I missing something?

One more thing. I'm a total noob at this. How does wireless internet work. Do I just plug a router into my home comp and then wireless works on the laptop?

It's a game that will ruin your life. I played it for a long time, got mad rich did many major accomplishments in the game. It was fun, however it is VERY addicting and starts to take over your life. I'm glad I quit it.
