Im not sure which ones to get i ski mostly park and lil of whatever else i feal like doing so give me some help?

Im getting new fujis with look p10's should i center mount them and i have the old volkl V's and i had the the place i ski at mount them and they put my bindings on each side the the little logo but it isnt in the middle of the ski there back further so whats the difference.

so i should get like a large cause theres kids that have XL and it looks like they can live in there damn pants.
