Thanks for the info on the 916s, I wasn't sure if the only diff was the din/spring stiffness. Are you saying that next year's Super Mojo 105s are softer than this years? I'm a short dude, only 5'7" but 165-170 and have always skied stiff, long skis (I'm an ex-racer) are this year's supermojos...

I've been seeing more and more of these morons up the mountain, even on pow days and I can't quite figure out what the fuck they are thinking? I mean, why would you ride snowblades period is a decent question, but why ride them at Blackcomb, on 7th, on a powder day? Just doesn't seem like it...

Instructors cutting in line for powder days is crap! It's just the most selfish thing they can do. I used to teach at Blackcomb and sure you figure you'll get better tips if you get your class up 1st, but still... It just ain't cool. I dunno what I'd do if they tried to cut in front of me...

I hear Atomics are coming with Salomon bindings (they're changing the mounting patterns on their skis) next year which is good news cause Atomic bindings are weak and always have been, back to the ess-v.a.r. days. I still rock my 7 year old S900's, Salomons are the way to go for big mountain...
