    No poles good for balance?

Until last year i had only used 'properly' (pole upside down grab under basket 90 degree angle with the elbow bla bla bla) sized poles in all of my skiing, park and otherwise. However last year i finally decided to see what skiing no poles in the park was really all about, i skied much of the...

    Put salt on your jumps?

^^ correct. Im not 100% sure about this but i believe that the salt melts a small ammount of snow quickly due to its chemical nature then the snow underneath re-freezes this super think layer of water ontop of the snow making it firm up. Im really not sure though...

Best park features of all time?

i thought it was a pretty fun jump because i was 100% confident on it, i learned a bunch of new tricks the last couple weeks of spring. The 3rd one in the big line was alot better of a jump as a whole but i really was a bit scared of it and i never did anything more then a 5 over it. Thus i...

    Boreal park

i love the rebuild, so fun. My only criticism would be on the first dual flat box feature, its really not at all useable by skiers and thats a bit frustrating, then also if the down green tube was seperate from the dance floor so you could hit either or that would be allllllot more fun. But...

STAY IN TRUCKEE (15mins from the actual lake), its just as close if not closer to all of the great resorts in the 'tahoe area' and lodging is muchhhh cheaper. Tahoe's legit, and amazing, but you pay for it.best western would be a great place to stay at, its pretty reasonable (for truckee...
