I can do bio 7´s, 9´s 10´s and 12´s on my tramp with opposite mute and safety. Just watch Cr´s segment a lot and then go out and try it. It´s really hard to explain how you should do them but once you get the hang of them they aren´t much harder than normal 7´s, 9´s etc...
