    Changing ESN/MEID Number?

    Ok so I bought a LG Voyager off Ebay and the guy said it had a clear ESN to activate well I got it in the mail today and turns out he lied and its reported lost or stolen. Now I can't return it because the guy wont take returns and I don't want t be screwed out of 150 bones. Is there anyway...
