loveland is crankin out the snow, but i'm still doubtful they'll open this weekend.

so that makes the optimistic countdown number 14 days. we should use that and then bitch when we can't go skiing for another week.

they usually open around the 14/15th but the snowmaking is looking a little lazy at the moment. see for youself: http://www.skiloveland.com/cam.html my guess is that they'll open the next weekend, prob on friday the 20th. i also am guessing that abasin will open the 21st if they don't dick...

way too much hate in this thread - if you don't like a certain mtn then don't ski there...

3 yr old nephew here. gonna get him on some skis this year and in the park.

telluride, crested butte, steamboat for lack of crowds. vail is like $80 and copper is like $74 or some crazy crap.

somebody said they got 30" in silverton. can anyone confirm this?
