Only the 21345th thread of it's kind..... (but please help me anyways)

TM's have been ruled out, good ski but too soft and I'd like to get that extra 3mm. MSP is too much ski, you guys had me wondering with that one. Who actually read everything? MINNESOTA.

Only the 21345th thread of it's kind..... (but please help me anyways)

I'd still like some info on he topics I mentioned before, particularly the durability of the Walls. Also, how are the TM's flex wise? I've only known people who rode them back when they had durability issues and they were really soft. I don't want that. I'm not after a 2x4 either, but the...

Only the 21345th thread of it's kind..... (but please help me anyways)

I'd still like to know about the bindings ripping out of the Walls. I'll don't have a problem with rivets for delam, but if the bindings come out thats a problem. I'm also a bit skeptical as to how the PE or AR6 would ride center mounted. Thoughts on that? Do they still ride close to normal a...

    What are my boots worth?

I have some SPK's I've been on since about halfway through last season. They are free of any damage except the typical scuffing, dirt, etc. They were sent back to Salomon because a spoiler came off, good as new now, I see no reason for a considerable deduction there. I only paid 320-350$ for...

Only the 21345th thread of it's kind..... (but please help me anyways)

So I've been out of the ski market for over a year now, was hoping to stay that way. As it is I'm not totally convinced that the edges are going to stay in my fujatives and I don't want to go to CO with that in the back of my head the entire time. It's time for a change. -6'1" -180lbs -Park...

For those of you that work at or ride at Welch and surrounding areas...

^exactly. Welchguy was just sayin how its so cheap its practically free, so why not make it free. Only reason I don't check my stuff is because I don't want to dig out my wallet to dish out that stupid dollar. It can't be a major money maker for Welch either.

    WELCH PARK UPDATE VIDEO

It's not that little. Nothing is huge either, but a lot of the stuff set up is more trickable than anything. The kink rail is easily beg enough, so is that dragontail. The flat rails aren't exactly massive but you can throw anything. Plus it's all set up well, which I think is more important.

    Spk pack out??

Wow nomen, never woulda seen that coming..... (hes right tho) My SPK's packed out quite a bit. I decided on the boot in a 28 and then tried 27, which was insanely tight, so I bought the 28's instead. Shoulda bought the 27/27.5. I may have to even now, because they did pack out pretty hardcore.

    Need excuses

You could always just go. This is a better option for a single event, as it will usually land you grounded. I do it all the time though.

A way to make everyones park better

Yes and no. At our mountain it seems to some that park brings in more money by attracting people who, for lack of a better word, suck. Basically its the only way to have a decent park in the midwest. The park pass would be the quickest way to kill it, because the hills lose a reason to have a...

    Death in Breck Terrain Park

Helmets- They protect your head from impacts with hard stuff, be it snow, a rail or the stairs off an urban. The operative word here is head. When you go off a jump and find a way to land on your head, its the neck injury that is your biggest concern in many cases. Say its an insanely under...

    Death in Breck Terrain Park

RIP Shit happens, end of story. Like somebody said, you don't need to hit a 60 footer in freeway to get killed out there. Every part about what we do is dangerous. People need to accept that, and for the most part have. It's never good when accidents happen and people get hurt or die, but its a...

HESTRA Gloves!!! What a great company.

Gore tex is a waterproof, breathable membrane. It will do nothing to keep your hands warm, unless the fact that they got wet from some outside source (ie not you own sweat) is part of the problem.

    Keystone Behind this year?

I'm gonna be out there on the 14th, do you guys think the rail situation will be better by then?

    Warranty?

You need to give us more info. How old are they, what caused the damage, etc, are all important factors in determining whether or not a product will be covered. If you got that from just holding on to ski poles, thats way different then if you threw them in the road and left em there a while...

    Fujatives vs. Invaders?

They are basically the same park specific noodle. You will hear different pros and cons for each ski, based mostly on opinion. The only key difference is that Invaders are symmetrical. The rest of it is just your opinion and the luck you have with the ski.

Are my skis gonna fall apart on me?

I should add that regardless of what I decide, I am not currently in the market for a new pair of skis. I will make it very clear if that changes. I do appreciate the offer, though.

Are my skis gonna fall apart on me?

So here's my story: Last year I left my Fujatives at the end of a two run, and ran them over with a Polaris Ranger. They came out just fine, no visible damage. This may or may not have shit to do with my question, but its funny. I noticed the other day that under foot, there are two bubbles...
