ok i like the idea alot! how does 12 feet long and around 2 feet high sound? and also what should my approach be? a jump? just step up made of snow? or have the rail go right to the ground?

Lexan is felxable when put under heat. Bend the sides so the lexan sits on top of the box and hangs over the sides a bit. No extra money needed for coping.

I wouldnt paint it. To make it smoother get a nice belt sander and and just keep running it across the top. Or sandpaper and or bench grinder. You get the picture.

So I figure since I have a HUGE front yard and back yard, and 2 4-wheelers, I should build me a rail and jump and use the 4 wheelers to pull us and get speed. Any tips on building a rail? Like mounting it to a wooden base or something. And for a ramp, do you want it all snow or could I get away...

I dont have much to spend on boots. I wont mind a used pair. But something that it is easy to walk in or has a walk feature would be cool. hwat would you guys say is good?
