The first thing you should do is download mozilla firefox for a web browser. You'll never use explorer again. Then I'd unistall quicktime and itunes and reinstall. I'd also restart my computer.

It probably comes with a .cue file in which case it will work on VLC media player. Even if it doesnt you should download VLC anyway because it will play anything quicktime wont, like avi.
