you might as well not wear a helmat thoes tings dont work very wel but you can get them at boardsports on young streat sought of elegton

i am thinking about building a flat down flat box and i am wondering what i should do about the sides as in the coping. i am wnating to use angle irons because i got a tone of them so if any has any seguestions weathger you think i even need the coping?? that would be great.
