I know 6-8 weeks is pretty standard but it's so damned bunk, in this day and age there is no reason whatsoever to explain such an incredibly slow process.

I too am very tired of switch 10 or 12 fests but they are something that are very difficult if not impossible to avoid. As it is judging is already rather subjective (don't get me wrong I accept the fact that subjectivity is an inherent aspect of judging a "freestyle" sport and I much prefer it...
