did you ever compete back east? but yea all the moments i've ridden would kill any ice coast conditions. and i don't know if u checked out their site, but moment has a full all girls line-up. i think the smallest ski they have is the spade in a 160, its kind of like a girls version of the reno...
yea the set-up with the media and professional aspect was awsome. i was real impressed by that.
as far as snow conditions, how did alpine manage to have a 50 footer to 65 footer on one run and a 75 footer on another the same week? and boreal having an ill ass park all season?
all of tahoe had...
coaches are the axis freeride staff, myself, jen hudak, and some other pro skier chicks. good coaching staff at axis... good time, good cause, and there is always the fact that it's a BIKINI camp
actually the set-up was super-lame. too lame for a nationals event. i don't like bashin, but that was actually worth bashin. northstars shit get lamer every year. they get some good ideas, they just don't build burly enough shit to stand up to the reputation they try to hold. stash...
i skid with him and wilson a few times this year. Colby is off the huk! there's a few young kids in tahoe that are off the hook. tahoe is makin a comeback! Wilson is kind of takin him under his wing. it's kind of funny cause they ski down a park together, in the same helly suit, throwin the same...
the moment ruby's and comi's are real soft and snappy. i haven't tried those other skis, but i busted a few nuts when i rode the ruby's. i'm waiting to hear back from the guys at moment to find out what shop has them up in your neck of the woods. that way you can go check them out in person and...
I've only had mine for a few months, and i'm a big dude(6'1'') who beats the hell out of his skis, but they've held up great so far for me. real beefy edges that don't crack slammin onto rails
from what i've heard, the durability of moments has come a long way since they first started. I have snapped alot of skis and cracked alot of edges on other skis in the past(i'm 6'1'' and beat the hell out of my skis). I've only had my moments for a few months, but they've held up great thus far
