TI's are legit as, the best sounding headphones I've owned. And Skullcandy's warranty even pulled through for me when they broke after I stepped on them. The separate volume control is also a big bonus, don't have to pull your player out of your pocket everytime you want to adjust the sound.

Just take it to somebody locally who deals with iPods. I changed the battery in my iPod Mini myself once.. But I don't think you can do that with videos

My little sister makes it a point to tell her friends what a loser I am because I ski. She has a snowboard that she uses maybe once a year indoor if she gets a friend to go with her.. and the sadest part is that she finds the only fun thing to do snowboarding is fall over, so she does it...
