balcar aq 1200 power pack channeled through a single balcar iris head. I was putting all 1200w/s through the single head to tone down the background by two stops. Looking back upon the shot I should have used a 30degree grid to prevent the spill onto the snow in front of the wallride. Oh well...

not true at all. 1/60 of a second is actually pretty quick. if you are using a 10mm lens you can shoot at 1/10 of a second and get sharp pictures tack on image stabilization and you can go even further

Not my best but I like them Shot these in an abandoned mall last night. Lighting used was the balcar aq pack with two heads. light modifiers were minimal including one small chimera softbox, small strip light, and fx60 reflector.

when you shoot studio there is no need for that. the shots I posted from my last shoot, all I did was sharpen and wb to change the hue. I use capture one pro to edit my shots with.

Another one from my latest shoot. These shots caught the eye of some of edmonton's top fashion photographers and are getting passed along to recommend me as a new photographer for the fashion agency.

the shots at the airport would have been better if you had strobes to light up the car with, orrrr A huge reflector to fill in the shadows on the side. A white truck or white car could have easily acted as a reflector in this case if you dont have the right stuff to shoot it.
