It is compared to kicking horse, its just a short bootpack to the backside though, kinda funnels into the bottom of north bowl, and you can get as gnarly as you want there. Plus kicking horse just brings the gnar, period its hard to beat it as far as ridiculous terrain goes.

I think its all going to come down to location sometime in the next few decades. Both in terms of climate and in relation to major urban centers/surrounding ski areas.

I think it will have an impact for sure. I worked at a major resort this past season and was surprised how many skiers we had who didnt seem to have huge amounts. It will impact the industry for sure, how much it will is yet to be seen. I think we'll also see an impact in larger resorts that...

The biggest effect it will have on destinations resorts, ie. Whistler, Banff, SLC areas, will be due to rising flight costs because of the price of fuel. Say that family of 5, traveling from the UK, has to pay and extra $150 each on airfare alone next year than they did a couple of years ago...
