You can also move the buckles on some boots to get more adjustment so they can tighten down farther...chances are you bought the wrong size boots...you need to make sure you buy one size down that has the smaller shell/thinner liner...pretty much all boot companies use one shell size for like 10...

Go to Walmart in November they will have it...or if you want a nice one go to www.cabelas.com

just keep them loose....everytime I fall (even when I did not use straps for 2 seasons) my poles always seemed to still be in my hands...since we are talking about poles...i bought a pair of Scott a-12's yesterday and they are bad ass...great poles

Well I just watched Shanghai Six, and I must say I was unimpressed...it was well done but was only like 45 min to an hour long...and all the tricks in the movie were just spins and rail...hardly any inverts...I feel ripped off...please tell me there are better ski movies out there that a longer...

I say just go up and see what it is like...dress in you BC gear so you don't freeze....worse case scenario (besides you dying) you don't get to ski and you get some good excercise.

So what are the chances that Killington will be open on Nov. 11th? I wanted to take a trip for the weekend of the 17th...how much do you think will be open? It is early season so lodging and what not should be cheap, but the best deal on thier site for that weekend is like 200 a person to...

You could get a real job and just ski for fun.

First of all thier website is a pain to navigate...all the products are just thrown in one big catagory and you have to look through them all...secondly what is up with on little kid modeling everything..who wants to see that face all the time?

I must say that after looking through some of the other resorts in PA I feel pretty lucky to have 7Springs an hour from my house
