i got an armada hoody last year(the royalty) it fit well not really baggy. it was a medium and i didnt notice it shrink in the wash.

good inside or outside a helmet. good without a helmet. plus you can change out every part so if one thing breaks you can get a replacement peice and not a replacement pair of goggles.

my brother has a pair of scratch brigade BCs. he likes them but says there a bit stiff. and yes the 178 is the right size for you.
