When I say high traffic I mean places where people camp. Places like Marcy Dam and Lake Colden in the Adirondacks. They are so used either getting food thrown to them or getting ground scores they won't leave you alone. Anyway... back to the photography. Here's one I took about an hour ago.

You don't. If it is less than a year old you may be able to have the manufacturer repair it at your cost. For still cameras it's usually around $100.

u should probably read more closely before u reply... As I'm sure you'll notice, I typed "40D" not "D40". The 40D is the successor to the 30D which are both manufactured by Canon.
