OK, I just had a guy at a shop (no names) look at a 5 pair of 25.5 boots. After doing the math, the average was 295mm bootsole. I'd really advise waiting to have them mounted until you have you boots, but I'm pretty sure you can go with about a 295mm. Question though?? Doesn't the shop...
