ya id for sure live on campus first year, no question for the years after id want to move into a house and im getting the feeling there is no student ghetto/ district in which they all live, my one concern about it

i know someone earlier was saying its better to be farther away from campus but why? is there some sort of student ghetto like say at mcgill, or is it really spread out and if it is spread out is it a big deal?
