Yes, I think it has some reverse sidecut. It may also have magna-traction (I'm not sure on that though). The thing is the name: Banana Hammock. It was developed with Travis Rice for powder jibbing and stuff. --rick

Call it what it is - rocker. The nose and/or tail are 'above' the center of the ski if you lay it flat on the ground. The ski then works more like a wake or surf board. The Pontoon from K2 and ARG from Armada both have rocker. Lib Tech has a snowboard with rocker this year too. -rick

The point in insoles is to stabilize and support the foot, not make it cushier. Cushy insoles will give you cushy responce and may cause foot pains. --rick

Two keys to freeskiing are flexibility (yoga) and core strength (sit ups & stuff). Everything else will come with skiing, but it doesn't hurt to work on those things in the off season too. --rick
