Whistler is open to July 30th. They usually re-open mid to late November.

I have to say Kicking Horse beats Whistler for the steepest and sickest inbounds terrain. But I've had more fun at whistler cause its dumped every time I've been there.

Personally I dont want to see the "typical" east coast skier who doesn't leave the park documented. I'll settle for slow-mo seth over that anyday.

Isn't the real point of a movie how good the skiing is? Yeah Msp has lame editing, steals songs and graphics but they also happened to document the exploits of many of my favourite skiers all year. You all are forgeting about the point of these films...

So I was thinking of going to Camp this summer for a 8 or 9 day camp at Whistler, six of which are spent skiing, the cost being 2000-2400 cdn plus transportation costs. (pro coaches and a pretty nice park) Then i was doing some research into skiing in SOuth america. cost for seven nights...
