Huge big air/slopestyle at Sun peaks, would you go?

Sunpeaks definatly had some large jumps last year. that last kicker was killer at the end of the year so its not the jumps I'd be worried about. Sunpeaks seems to have had a real problem with progressing the park and investing in it... maybe that is finally beginning to change.

Sun Peaks Is Going To Be Lame

after fernie, kickinghorse and whistler last year i geuss im spoiled. Sunpeaks just doesnt have the terrain or the snow nevermind the backcountry. The only reason we stay open is because of the summer grooming and lack of rocks... usually that means lame terrain.

Everyone hates the cab 10-fest in big air, yet we still spin to win.

where's it gunna go from there? Spinnings going to become as ridiculous as when you put the no gravity cheatcodes into 1080 snowboarding and did 1700's.

    STILL no jibberish for mac!!!!

Exactly. Macs are tailor made for people who can't figure out how to use a PC. The only thing that sucks for most people who use PC is WIndows. But thats why you gotta get a hacked version without all of Microsofts additional BS.

Newschoolers, help me choose my vacation

A word of caution: Kicking Horse can have absolutely terrible conditions. In that case head to Fernie or Whitewater. But hey you might get snow and then its like heli skiing.

    FERNIE

come late Feb or early March. If it rains in Fernie then you can hit Kicking Horse where it will be dumping snow. Kicking horse should have a good base by this time of year and is a good backup.

    British-Columbia

You obviously don't have the privledge of living here. I know every inch of the mountain abd the surrounding BC and not one inch of it can even compare to many other resorts in BC. Not too mention we get 176 measly inches of snow on a good year.

    Where to go out west

Interior of B.C. Hit up Whitewater in Nelson for deep pow like Utah's and nice Backcountry. Head over to Kicking Horse in Golden for a taste of big mountian that will make you east coast knees shake more than they do on an icy groomer and then head to Fernie because its the funnest mountain...
