your method sounds pretty good i work at a local shop and thats how we do it (with a jig though) But if the skis have been drilled twice or three times already they'll probably snap no matter what so if there older be extra careful

not positive i couldnt find it on the oakley site but the pants in the same pattern are definetly the bullet pants ill double check the jacket model (it is the nitro fuel line though)
