    F-450 Eater!

actually there is a decent sized group of people in this country that need a full size truck.  try moving 8 tons of hay down the road with a subaru. just because there are spoiled ass holes in the city that drive around in huge trucks and never put anything in the bed, doesnt mean there is not...

    Slave/ wireless flashes

i believe how it works is a transmitter goes on your hot shoe on your camera and a receiver goes on the bottom of your flash. a signal is transmitted from your camera to the flash.

What kind of lens do you use for ski photography?

i bring two lenses when i am out shooting. a Nikkor 18-200 vr and a Nikkor 12-24.  This seems to cover what i shoot, quite well.  i would like a 70-200 f2.8 but i dont have the funds right now.  and typically shooting ski photography, you are working with a ton of light so having a super fast...

    Winter Tires

however what people are saying is totally true about snows. they kick total ass and are your best bet, but your can get by with the all seasons.

    Winter Tires

ok considering the car you have and where you live, i would just run the all seasons as is.  I grew up in michigan, and my mom had a honda accord, which i am sorry to say this for all you acura fans out there, is the same as a TL.  she had good all seasons on it and i drove this vehicle up to...

    Winter Tires

well first we need to know what kind of car you have, and if there is an option what drivetrain it has.  Also, where do you live? How far is this "ski hill?"  how much snow around this area do you get? and does your state allow drivers to stud their tires? if you get a lot of snow and have an...

    Guns

^good post most people on here it seems like think that we are saying everyone should be able to go get a ccw permit, which is totally false.  actually most college students would not even be able to obtain one because of MIPS.  I am not sure if this is the case across the country but i know...

    Guns

yup outlawing handguns will solve all of the problems.  just like when the government outlawed alcohol during prohibition, that really made it impossible to get alcohol in the USA.  and i am sure that criminals looking to murder are going to say "oh shit i guess i cant go kill someone with a...

Unsurvivable accident survived (cool car destroyed)

I pretty sure a BMW would have done just as well or better in that crash.  Also there are many other cars that I would feel safe going 90 mph in.  90 is not that fast, on decent roads with good visability.

Unsurvivable accident survived (cool car destroyed)

Amen brother.  I was looking into buying an audi to replace my grand cherokee, and every car I looked at was more worn out at 60,000 miles than my jeep at 170,000.  This included a Audi that was my dad's friends car.  He is very meticulous with maintence, and keeping a good coat of wax on...
