Not sure about letting the public vote, but having the competitors vote is a sick idea. After a day of skiing compile all the footage, and get the competitors to watch it and give scores.

Personally I dont want skiing pipe in the olympics. Look at what all those fuckin FIS regulations did to freestyle moguls and arials... skiing pipe would suck if there were required elements and deductions and shit. Who wants to see twister spreads in the pipe?

Heh, guess the guy at the shop was wrong. I didnt get to try both on since they only had the cross in my size, but when I asked him the difference he said the rampage was shorter.

From what I understand the other difference is that the rampage is shorter, as in it does not come up as high on your shin as the cross.

Never skied on those, but I saw em in a ski shop, and can attest to the fact that they are ridiculously light.

pe in a 179 is a good option, karmas would be good too.

The BCs are 98 in the waist and the mojos are 90... you can probably make a decision because of that based on how often you ski pow.

The karma is a solid all mountain ski that can still hold its own in the park. Stiffer than the Dogen. The Dogen is basically a pure park ski.
