The park next to the pipe isn't there this year. The mini parks actually aren't that bad but I haven't ridden them since late december, and I imagine they're having a hard time keeping them maintained with all the snow.

Just to clear things up: Jackson Hole has a pipe up, a mini park and a minnier park. No plans for a big park this year, I dunno what's up with that. Long story short, don't go to JH to ski park, at least not this year.
