Good luck on your FAA exam man. I found a really good way to study. Take the test guide, go through it and highlight the right answer for all the questions. Then go through the book like 2 more times cover up the answers, read the question, think about the right answer, then only read the rigth...

So no flight time so far? Where are you taking ground at? I'm doing mine at Utah Valley State College. I have both the Private and Instrument ground, and written tests done. Now just need to get some serious flight time in this next fall semester. Then it is on to Commercial.
