As someone said, they're very expensive. The larger slopes over here in the UK charge quite a bit as they wouldn't be able to stay open otherwise and still they are faced with closure a lot of the time.

Mounting holes will be the same so yes. Put some waterproof wood glue in the holes first though before you screw the new binders in, but if the screws don't bite make sure to take them to a shop and get them helicoiled
