just to clear up sizing its very simple.....a mens size 7 is a 25, take the two digit number, add the digits and you get the american size. make sense? EXAMPLE size 29.5 boot? 2+9.5 = 11.5 US......and usually half sizes wont have a different sole length, all about the liner

dude a PT can most likely tell you what is going on, but like somebody above said they are gonna have you get an MRI which is pretty serious $$$ unfortunately

keep the leg elevated and it should relieve the ankle swelling.....sounds like more than a partial tear though

anyone know anything about smoking weed post-surgery? my pre-op nurse said that i needed to stop for some reasons...(just not sure how critical this is). anyway i was really counting on blazing as a painkiller

so to everyone who has gotten surgery for a torn ACL; what method did you pick? I cant decide between the patella tendon or a hamstring graft...doesnt seem to be a ton of difference according to my surgeon. just wanted to see if anyone had some first hand info, pros/cons etc. peace

you can run windows on Macs...im not stuck up about macs at all, just dont really see the reason NOT to get one if you primarily use your computer for video/music type stuff anyway

sets you up for life long knee problems from what I've heard...doc told me that if i continued to ski the way i do without getting the surgery there was about a 90% chance i would end up tearing other ligaments in my knee.....
