he wouldn't have suffered any loss? 1) Falling from a chairlift probably 30 feet or higher and then hitting the cold ground, lying there as your leg is broken and probably shattered...is a traumatic experience for a 12 year old. I would say that's a loss. 2) I'm sure 99.9% of newschoolers...
