    3000gt vr4... twin turbo awd...and yea u can find one for under 10000. but its more of a street racing car... try to get a subu, durango, or a 4runner...i think those do the best in the snow.

    we made it 3 1/2 hours flat with icy roads from the mcqueen area (northern reno) and u really dont have any idea of what you're talking about. the scenery was awesome on the way out.

    Any tips for switch takeoffs?

    try to make sure both skis are on the same edge...i.e. don't v-bomb it. if you try to take off in a switch snowplow one of your skis is most likely going to rip off (from experience). learn to carve switch

    hell yea it's worth going to Mammoth! otherwise, try Alpine or Northstar. Boreal is an all-mountain park now so I'm sure they're good.
