yeah a misty 540 is like a frontflip with a 180, but off-axis-ish. Think of a shoulder roll type of thing. Try searching the vidoes. D spin is almost a back full (back flip/360). Think of a cork 7, but with your feet going right over your head.

When I went to put the grips from my old poles onto new ones (just had to keep the bright orange), they were a little wider. I just wrapped duct tape around the top and then slid the handles on. You can always make it work!
