Yeah as awesome as that would be (and if it played out right I would gladly work incredibly hard to work it out) I doubt theyd be interested in a high school student, let alone I dont think it would amass to the amount of time Im supposed to be doing the project. Thanks though man.

Yeah thanks for the advice man, I really appreciate it, and while I know this may not be optimal conditions (and I know I'll face some shortcomings in planning this), but I think its just as plausible as many of projects people have done (worked with NOLS, interned at museum's in Europe, etc)...
