yes, take them off...mount that flat! IF you ride a lot of park, then it will be loads of help because your center of gravity is lower, making it easier to jib and whatnot. I could tell the difference instantly...so get 'er done

what about the consistency of the material? While wood is a great core material, how can you find 1000 pieces of exactly the same pieces of wood? 'foam' can be consistently monitored and applied unlike wood. Im no advocate of foam, but its hard to reason this thing out...

do not get the fujatives if you're on the east coast..has anyone even considered torsional flex? You can seriously twist those skis, it's not very conducive to hard pack or ice.

yeah, i know the 1260's are the softest skis that line produces. I flexed them yesterday at the shop....pretty flexy! But they seem all stripped down too...chronic has more 'techY' stuff with it...so i dunno
