dude i know what court is like, ive been arrested twice. but there is a very very slim chance that he would be able to fight and win on his own. the only way he could beat it is if he hired a lawyer. many lawyers charge $1500-$3000 for each court appearance, therefore it would just be a waste.

dude arg's are not stiff! for a pure pow ski i would go with the arg's but if you are looking to ride it anywhere other than pow, i.e. the occasional groomer or run through the park then go with the hellbent's because the arg's reverse camber make it pretty much impossible to ski anywhere other...
